Over The Top Cattle Co. offers premium quality freezer beef that is raised on our ranch from start to finish so we can ensure our family and yours has a healthy, humanely, pasture raised source of beef. Our beef is processed at a local, provincially inspected, approved abattoir and butcher right here in Kawartha Lakes. Our beef is sold in individual vacuum packed cuts or you can purchase a custom cut bulk order.  All of our freezer beef is dry aged for 14 days, flash frozen to preserve maximum freshness.
